Depot Nanda Store is seeking a dedicated and experienced Captain to join our team. As the Captain, you will be responsible for managing our delivery operations, ensuring timely and efficient service to our customers. This is an urgent position, and we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the delivery team to ensure efficient and timely service.,Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor and maintain the quality of service provided to customers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance and improvements.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all delivery activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the logistics or delivery industry.,Proven track record of managing a team and ensuring high service standards.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of local routes and traffic conditions in Ngawi.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance and repair.
