📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment,Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients,Prepare food for service according to the restaurant's schedule,Help with food costing and inventory management,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members,Participate in kitchen meetings and follow health and safety protocols,Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role,Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines,Good communication and teamwork skills,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools,Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
