📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the acquisition and retention of new clients by conducting market research, developing sales strategies, and presenting our services to potential clients.,Support Account Executives in managing client relationships, including scheduling appointments, coordinating services, and addressing client concerns.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract new clients.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and billing information.,Assist in the preparation and submission of client proposals, contracts, and other related documents.,Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.,Collaborate with the marketing and administrative teams to ensure the smooth operation of the healthcare center.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.,Familiarity with healthcare terminology and industry trends is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Willingness to travel and work outside of regular business hours as needed.
