Nest Fresh Sentosa is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team in Gianyar. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about customer service and sales, with a keen eye for detail and a friendly demeanor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales transactions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth and efficient cashiering process.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the sales process, ensuring all transactions are accurate and efficient.,Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customers have a positive shopping experience.,Handle cashiering duties, including processing payments, handling cash and card transactions, and managing the cash drawer.,Assist in stock management and inventory control, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed.,Train and mentor junior staff on sales techniques and customer service skills.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.,Promote the store's products and services to customers, encouraging repeat business.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a retail environment.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Good mathematical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle cash and card transactions accurately.,Familiarity with inventory management and stock control processes.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.,Friendly and approachable demeanor, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.,Fluency in Indonesian, with English being an advantage.
