📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of all branches.
• Manage and develop a high-performing team of managers and staff.
• Implement and monitor operational procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement to maintain optimal stock.
• Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve profitability.
• Ensure high standards of food quality and hygiene across all branches.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain efficient supply chain management.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant operations management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multi-branch operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of POS systems such as Square, Clover, or Toast.
• Certification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., ServSafe, HACCP).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
