Quick Central Corporindo is seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation that helps our customers and partners understand our products and services. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia with a stable internet connection.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly technical content, including manuals, guides, and tutorials.,Review and edit technical content to ensure consistency, accuracy, and readability.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Assist in the creation of marketing and promotional materials related to our products and services.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
