📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers,Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Manage bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow records,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes,Provide support to the finance team in ad-hoc projects and tasks

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Strong knowledge of GAAP and Indonesian accounting standards,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
