📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Instructor in planning, designing, and delivering training programs.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.,Develop and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and other resources.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to improve them.,Support the Head Instructor in managing and mentoring junior instructors.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Instructor or Training Specialist.,Strong knowledge of instructional design and training methodologies.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other training software.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
