📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Maintain and update IT systems and software.,Monitor and maintain network security and performance.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Conduct regular IT audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and software.,Work closely with the IT Manager to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.,Handle IT-related inquiries and requests from employees and management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT systems, software, and hardware.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with network security and performance monitoring tools.,Experience with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
