📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sales transactions, including processing orders and maintaining accurate records.,Handle cash transactions, including cash receipts, deposits, and withdrawals.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cash registers and sales floors.,Assist in inventory management, including stock taking and restocking.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail or sales environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic knowledge of cash handling and financial transactions.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.,Good time management and organizational skills.
