📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain company equipment and devices, including laptops, desktops, printers, and other peripherals.,Ensure the smooth operation of IT infrastructure and provide technical support to employees.,Monitor equipment performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to prevent downtime.,Manage inventory of equipment and devices, including procurement, tracking, and disposal.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for equipment maintenance and repairs.,Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards for equipment management.,Provide training and guidance to employees on equipment usage and maintenance.,Collaborate with other departments to support their IT needs and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in equipment management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux.,Proficient in using equipment management tools and software.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Chinese is a plus.
