📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including maintenance, repairs, and replacements.,Ensure all vehicles are in optimal condition and ready for use.,Oversee the fueling and servicing of vehicles, and manage fuel expenses.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor vehicle usage and performance, and report any issues to the management.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and expenses.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
