- Oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance across all operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE / K3 management
- Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (COHS) or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of local and international health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Proven experience in risk assessment and management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using HSE / K3 management software such as SAP, MS Office, and other relevant tools
