You'll use tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoom to manage your campaigns and track your performance. With 3-5 years of experience in telemarketing or a related field, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where your English proficiency is key.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct outbound calls to international prospects using Salesforce and HubSpot to qualify leads and schedule appointments.
• Demonstrate products and services to potential clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and persuasive manner.
• Track and report on call activities and sales performance using Zoom and other relevant tools.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to enhance your sales techniques and strategies.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring high satisfaction levels for both clients and the company.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
• 3-5 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot, as well as video conferencing tools like Zoom.
