📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all accounting activities and processes,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Provide financial analysis and advice to management,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing,Manage relationships with external auditors and accountants,Supervise and mentor junior accountants,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices,Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations
