Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and managing the culinary team to ensure high-quality food and beverage service.
  • Creating and implementing innovative menu items that delight customers.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Managing inventory and purchasing of ingredients and supplies.
  • Training and developing culinary staff to maintain high standards.
  • Participating in cost control and budgeting processes.
  • Representing the company at industry events and functions.
  • Ensuring a clean and well-maintained kitchen and dining areas.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
