📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity,Manage and supervise a team of operational staff,Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies,Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations,Manage budgets and resources to optimize operational costs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and productivity,Excellent leadership and team management skills,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in using operational management software and tools,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
