Sant Group Indonesia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced People & Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing our workforce, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. You will play a key role in shaping our company's culture and driving employee engagement and performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategies for employee engagement, performance management, and talent development.,Manage the recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.,Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by addressing employee concerns and promoting diversity and inclusion.,Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business goals.,Oversee HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in People & Development or a similar role.,Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
