📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Install, configure, and maintain Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) in our manufacturing facilities.
Develop and implement PLC programs using RSLogix 5000 and other relevant software.
Troubleshoot and resolve PLC-related issues to minimize downtime and ensure efficient production.
Monitor and optimize PLC performance to improve overall manufacturing efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PLC systems with other automation and control systems.
Document PLC configurations, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure the reliability and longevity of PLCs.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in PLC technology and automation systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in PLC programming and maintenance.
Proven expertise in Allen Bradley PLCs and RSLogix 5000.
Familiarity with FactoryTalk View Studio and other relevant automation software.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of electrical circuits and control systems is a plus.
Certification in PLC programming and maintenance is a significant advantage.
