📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests to ensure product quality and safety.
  • Analyze and interpret test results to identify any issues or deviations.
  • Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality assurance protocols.
  • Document and record test results and findings accurately.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new testing methods and protocols.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Biotechnology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in the food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, including microbiology, chemistry, and sensory analysis.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., ISO, HACCP).
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software.
