📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Manage staff schedules and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and inventory.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of success in managing restaurant operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.,Education in hospitality or related field is a plus.,Familiarity with local market trends and customer preferences.
