📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including retail stores and distributors.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure consistent performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote our products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive market.,Strong interpersonal and communication skills.,Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Knowledge of the Indonesian retail market is a plus.
