📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales plan to achieve quarterly and annual targets.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research and client interactions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Present and negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms to secure sales.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in the logistics sector.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record (preferred but not mandatory).
