Bold Global Indonesia is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Supervisor to join our team in Sanur, Bali. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing company that values innovation and excellence.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing junior staff, as well as ensuring that our team meets all company goals and objectives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Mentor and develop junior staff, providing them with the guidance and support they need to succeed.,Ensure that the team meets all company goals and objectives.,Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.,Develop and implement training programs to improve team skills and knowledge.,Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the team.,Ensure that all team members are aware of and comply with company policies and procedures.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of team performance and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.,Proven track record of success in managing and developing teams.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.,Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred but not required).,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
