Tanggung Jawab:
Develop and implement ICG strategies for public sector clients, ensuring alignment with HSBC's values and ethical standards.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government entities, regulatory bodies, and industry associations.Provide thought leadership and guidance on ICG issues, contributing to the development of best practices and industry standards.Monitor and report on ICG performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.Lead and mentor a team of ICG professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.Stay abreast of developments in the public sector and ICG landscape, and proactively identify opportunities for HSBC to engage and add value.Represent HSBC at industry events, conferences, and forums, both locally and internationally.Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and HSBC policies.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, with a minimum of 15 years of experience in ICG, corporate governance, or a similar field.Proven track record of success in developing and implementing ICG strategies for public sector clients.Strong understanding of the public sector landscape, including government entities, regulatory bodies, and industry associations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.Proven ability to provide thought leadership and guidance on ICG issues, and to contribute to the development of best practices and industry standards.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and report on ICG performance, and to identify areas for improvement.Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of ICG professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.Ability to stay abreast of developments in the public sector and ICG landscape, and to proactively identify opportunities for HSBC to engage and add value.🛠️ Keahlian
