📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of professionals to ensure that all operations are running smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.,Ensure that all team members are aware of company policies and procedures and that they are being followed.,Identify and address any issues or concerns that may arise within the team.,Work closely with the management team to ensure that all goals and objectives are being met.,Participate in team-building activities and initiatives to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in business administration, management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry or organization.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in the industry.,Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in the industry.,Proven track record of success in previous leadership roles.
