📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of the organization and employees.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with department heads and managers to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them develop their skills and advance their careers.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of training staff as needed.,Maintain accurate records of training programs, participants, and outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Proven track record of designing and implementing effective training programs.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training management software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Ability to travel as required.
