📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist passengers with check-in and boarding procedures
• Handle baggage, including check-in, tagging, and loading onto aircraft
• Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, services, and facilities
• Monitor and report any operational issues to ensure smooth flight operations
• Work closely with other airport staff to coordinate ground operations
• Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking passengers and other staff members

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in airport operations, customer service, or a related field
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (both spoken and written)
• Basic knowledge of English is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good physical fitness and ability to stand for long periods
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
