📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive exploration strategies that align with the company's vision and objectives.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential exploration targets based on geological, economic, and environmental factors.
• Collaborate with geologists, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze data, including geological maps, drill core samples, and geophysical surveys.
• Secure new mineral concessions and permits through negotiations with government agencies and local communities.
• Monitor and report on exploration activities, including budget, schedule, and performance metrics.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in exploration and mining.
• Mentor and develop the skills of junior exploration staff.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, workshops, and networking events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Geology, Mining Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in exploration strategy, with a proven track record of success in securing new mineral concessions.
• Strong knowledge of geological mapping, geophysical surveys, and other exploration techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficient in using industry-standard software such as Surpac, Vulcan, and Oasis Montaj.
• Certification in exploration management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
