🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in high-volume kitchens.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality food in fast-paced environments.
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of kitchen safety protocols and food handling procedures.
- Familiarity with kitchen management software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid food handler's certification.
