📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of milling plants, ensuring efficient and safe production.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain product standards.
• Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of milling equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the agribusiness or industrial processing industry.
• Familiarity with milling technology and equipment, including but not limited to, hammer mills, roller mills, and pellet mills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
