📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and conduct sports classes for kids aged 5-12, focusing on teamwork, discipline, and healthy competition.
• Utilize state-of-the-art sports facilities and a variety of sports equipment to ensure a safe and enjoyable learning experience.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and promote physical fitness.
• Monitor and assess students' progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
• Organize and participate in school sports events and tournaments, ensuring fair play and sportsmanship.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a comprehensive sports program.
• Promote a positive and inclusive sports environment that encourages all students to participate.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching sports to children.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR.
• Knowledge of various sports and physical activities suitable for kids.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.
• Passion for inspiring and motivating young athletes.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
