📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors in Bali.
- Promote Wismilak products through in-store displays, point-of-sale materials, and other marketing activities.
- Conduct regular visits to retail outlets to monitor sales performance and provide support.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and customer feedback.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events to showcase Wismilak products.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with retail sales strategies and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
