📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Oversee the certification process, ensuring all employees meet industry standards and regulations.
• Manage and mentor a team of training professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Partner with industry leaders to stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in our field.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing training and certification.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate training initiatives into overall business strategies.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to showcase our training and development initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in human resource development, with a proven track record in designing and implementing training programs.
• Certification in training and development, such as Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or similar.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations relevant to our field.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a team.
• Proficient in using training management software such as Cornerstone or similar.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve training programs.
• Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends in Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur.
