As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms, public areas, and amenities are spotless and well-maintained. You will work closely with the housekeeping supervisor to develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules, and you will use state-of-the-art cleaning equipment and supplies to achieve exceptional results.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily room inspections to ensure all rooms are clean and well-maintained.
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies to achieve high standards of cleanliness.
• Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Handle and dispose of linens, towels, and other cleaning materials in an environmentally responsible manner.
• Assist with special cleaning projects, such as deep cleaning or renovations, as needed.
• Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by providing exceptional service and attention to detail.
• Work collaboratively with the housekeeping supervisor and other team members to achieve operational goals.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies, including vacuum cleaners, steam cleaners, and mops.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.
• Familiarity with hospitality software, such as Housekeeping Management Systems (HKMS).
• Valid ID and work permit for Bali.
