• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in modern market and baby shop segments.
• Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage customer accounts, including order processing, pricing, and delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth product distribution and customer service.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote products and build brand awareness.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance and market trends.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product launches.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field in the FMCG industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of modern retail and baby product market segments.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using sales tools such as CRM systems, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
