📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee all financial, accounting, and tax-related activities for the company.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to support the company's strategic objectives.
• Provide financial advice and recommendations to the management team.
• Manage the company's accounting and bookkeeping processes, including payroll and vendor payments.
• Ensure accurate and timely tax filings and payments.
• Monitor and report on key financial metrics and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, accounting, and tax compliance.
• Proficiency in Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• Experience with financial software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis.
