📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop training programs that align with organizational goals and employee development needs.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Create and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and seminars.
• Facilitate training sessions and provide coaching and mentoring to employees.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with the HR team to integrate training initiatives into the overall employee development strategy.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior HR staff in training-related activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing effective training programs.
• Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and LMS (Learning Management System) tools such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar platforms.
• Certification in training and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP, Certified Training and Development Professional - CTDP) is a plus.
