📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular monitoring and evaluation of programs and services aimed at protecting women.
• Carry out home visits to assess the needs and conditions of women in the community.
• Collect and analyze data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improving women's protection.
• Prepare and submit reports on the status of women's protection, including recommendations for policy and program improvements.
• Collaborate with local communities, government agencies, and non-profit organizations to ensure comprehensive support for women's rights.
• Provide guidance and support to women who have experienced abuse or violence, helping them access available resources and services.
• Participate in training and capacity-building activities for staff and community members to enhance their knowledge and skills in women's protection.
• Advocate for women's rights and gender equality through various channels, including community meetings, workshops, and policy dialogues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in women's protection, community development, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations related to women's rights and gender equality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian, with an understanding of local languages and customs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to the principles of human rights, gender equality, and social justice.
