📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Host live streaming events with professionalism and charm, engaging audiences and driving interaction.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop and execute live streaming strategies.
• Ensure high-quality production standards, including audio, video, and lighting.
• Promote live streams across various digital platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
• Manage social media presence during live events to enhance audience interaction.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve live streaming content and techniques.
• Attend and participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company initiatives.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and respectful work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a live streaming host or similar role in digital marketing or entertainment.
• Proven ability to engage and entertain audiences in a live setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with live streaming software and tools, such as OBS Studio, Wirecast, or similar.
• Experience with social media platforms and understanding of digital marketing strategies.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor, with the ability to represent the company positively.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English, with additional language skills a plus.
